2. All charity organizations signed up on GobbleHub platform should be duly registered with the relevant revenue/tax authorities (IRS for USA) in their various countries.
3. All corporate entities signed up on GobbleHub platform should be duly registered and licensed in their state or country of operation.
4. All corporate entities signed up on GobbleHub platform should show reasonable sources of fund before their donations will be accepted.
5. All users of GobbleHub’s platform can be subjected to background checks and identity verification when necessary.
6. All donations received from corporate or individual entities should meet statutory donation guidelines of indicated jurisdictions.
7. GobbleHub does not implicitly or impliedly endorse any website, organisation or people who have off-site links to our various platforms.
8. GobbleHub does not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise for any action taken as a result of reading, or reliance placed on the GobbleHub Services
